Rate with free cancellation up to 14 days before the beginning of the stay.

Children are welcome, the cradle (if available) is free for children from 0 to 3 years. There is a 50% reduction (on the price per person in the room) for children from 3 to 12 years. 


If you are sure of the period of your stay, you can take advantage of a 10% discount on the total amount by booking through the "Not Refundable" rate. 
Booking through this rate, in any case of cancellation and as an exception to the general cancellation policies set out below, you will be charged the full amount of your stay.


Reservations made by phone, must be finalized by e-mail and confirmed with the booking procedure available on the website www.hotelarcangelosalina.com.

The reservation can also be completed by sending a deposit of 30% of the total amount, by bank transfer. In this case the balance must be paid 30 days before the beginning of the stay.

For bookings made within 14 days from the beginning of the stay, a bank transfer equal to the entire amount of the stay must be made or a valid credit card must be provided (through the booking system of the website www.hotelarcangelosalina.com) and with sufficient liquidity to pay the balance of the stay.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in the loss of the deposit paid and the cancellation of the reservation.



The formula Hotel with breakfast (included) offers the reservation of a double room (or twin), DUS (double single use), triple or quadruple room with bathroom and balcony/terrace (where available), with the possibility of booking periods of less than a week (minimum 2 nights, 3 nights for August). 

  • Check-in: starting from 02:00 PM
  • Check-out: before 10:00 AM

Prices include:

  • Overnight;
  • Breakfast buffet* (08:00-10:30 AM, with early-morning breakfast option);
  • Daily cleaning of the room;
  • Bed linen and bath towels changed every 2 days;
  • Reception (07:30 AM - 09:00 PM; telephone call availability at other times)
  • Cradle (for children up to 2 years old; on request and subject to availability);
  • Use of the swimming pool (opening hours 09:30 AM to 07:30 PM);
  • Wi-fi internet in common areas and outside the rooms;
  • Air conditioning in all rooms, individually  controlled;
  • Ceiling fan in all rooms;
  • Led TV HD;
  • Safe deposit-box inside the room;
  • Solarium and panoramic common terraces.
*In compliance with the health protocol Anti Contagious COVID-19, the buffet is served by our Staff.

Prices do not include:

  • Additional change of bed linen (10€/person per change);
  • Private transfer from / to Santa Marina Salina harbour, upon notice of arrival time, at the agreed cost of € 10 each way (direct payment to the driver);

  • Anything not specifically mentioned under "PRICES INCLUDE".

Cancellation/Modification Policies


  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before the beginning of the stay.
  • For cancellations made 13 days or more before arrival at the Hotel, 100% of the booking will be charged for stays of less than 7 nights and 50% of the booking for stays of more than 7 nights.
  • For guests who are forced to cancel their stay within 14 days of arrival for reasons of force majeure (see below), will be recognized a BONUS equal to the amount paid minus 10% of the total amount (management costs), to be used for a stay in our hotel no later than 12 months after non-arrival. This BONUS could be used in any period of the year and depending on the availability of the room at the time of booking. This bonus can NOT be transferred to other cohabitants and is NOT refundable.
  • Causes of force majeure are considered:
      • Confirmed positivity to COVID-19 virus;
      • Serious, sudden and unpredictable illness of the reservation holder or one of his cohabitants (as evidenced by the family status), which involves hospitalization or forced stay in their home, serious injury, occurring after the booking (excluding cases due to chronic illness or pre-existing pregnancies) and proven by medical documentation attesting the inability to travel;
      • Death of the reservation holder or of a cohabitant or first degree relative.
  • In case of no/late arrival or early departure of the customer, not due to default of the hotel, will be charged the amount of the room booked for the entire period agreed and not used; in this case the room remains available to the customer for the entire period mentioned above.
  • Any special request, cancellation or change of the reservation, must be made by e-mail at info@hotelarcangelosalina.com


  • Penalty equal to 100% of the total cost of the reservation in case of cancellation;
  • Payment of the stay at any time between booking and arrival at our hotel;
  • Possible changes in the dates of arrival and departure are possible, as long as they do not reduce the total number of nights and in any case depending on the availability of rooms at the time of the request.
